针对气动快速排气阀可靠性研究要求,设计了一个基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的集信号采集、图形化显示、测量结果分析及存储于一体的快速排气阀可靠性实验方案,介绍了该实验方案的总体架构、工作原理以及软硬件实现方法,编写了切换信号控制和数据采集、分析和存储程序,搭建了快速排气阀的整体试验平台,采用示波器进行了切换时间的确定并对试验台进行了改进。最终搭建的试验台工作稳定可靠,满足气动元件试验的技术要求。

Considering the reliability requirement of the solenoid directional control valve,a pneumatic test bench was set up, which included such functions as signal acquisition,data analysis and storing based on the virtual instrument technique. The general scheme and the operational principle of the test bench,together with the method of realizing the data acquisition,analysis,graphical display and storing by software/hardware were introduced. The test bench works stably and meets the technical requirements for the performance of the pneumatic valve.
