在机电设备的研发设计中,蜗杆传动由于传动比大、传动平稳、噪声小、结构紧凑以及独特的自锁性能被广泛应用于各类单向传动的机械装置中,但自锁性能同时决定了机电设备在失电状态下无法通过人工逆向操作使其执行机构复位,造成设备的暂时性“瘫痪”,极大地影响了设备的使用效率。因此在蜗杆传动的基础上,针对其自锁性能的不可逆性,展开相关研究,设计出一种在失电状态下可人工反行程操作的摩擦传动装置。
在機電設備的研髮設計中,蝸桿傳動由于傳動比大、傳動平穩、譟聲小、結構緊湊以及獨特的自鎖性能被廣汎應用于各類單嚮傳動的機械裝置中,但自鎖性能同時決定瞭機電設備在失電狀態下無法通過人工逆嚮操作使其執行機構複位,造成設備的暫時性“癱瘓”,極大地影響瞭設備的使用效率。因此在蝸桿傳動的基礎上,針對其自鎖性能的不可逆性,展開相關研究,設計齣一種在失電狀態下可人工反行程操作的摩抆傳動裝置。

Because of the high transmission ratio,smooth,low noise,compact structure and a unique self-locking performance of the worm drive,it is widely used in all kinds of one-way transmission mechanism in the research and development and design of electro-mechanical device. But the electromechanical device unable resetting was made by its self-locking performance through manual reverse operation in de-energized state at the same time,which result the temporary“paralysis”of the machine. The efficiency of the machine was greatly reduced in the use of the equipment. Therefore,aiming at the irreversibility of the self-locking performance on the basis of the worm drive,relative research has been carried out to develop a friction drive device which can be operated by manual return trace in de-energized state.
