The designed multi-function portable tool car,using design principles of the double jack,permanent magnet sucker and landing gear structure,is a new tool car combining knife block,locking knife block,step drawer. The tool car is a movable car when folded,but it is a tool cabinet when fixed. It is easy to use for engineering and technical personnel.
