介绍了矿井提升机盘式制动器的研究现状、控制系统特点,设计一个盘式制动器,介绍其工作原理。制动系统的液压油路,选用两支路并联供油,四油缸制动,一条支路设置单向节流阀,使该支路的制动稍微延后一些,实现了二级制动,工作更平稳。该盘式制动器为常闭式设计,安全可靠;制动器动作灵敏;安装位置灵活,使用、调整、维修简单。

The research status and the features of the disc brakes of mine hoist were described. A kind of disc brake was de-signed. The hydraulic circuit of the braking system was chose two-way parallel oil supply and four oil cylinder brake. In one oil-way, a one-way throttle was set,making the oil-way brake slightly delayed,so two stage braking was achieved and work was more stable. This disc brake is normally closed,it is safe and reliable,sensitive in action and has flexible installation location. It is easy to use, adjust and maintain.
