根据机械多刚体动力学理论建立数控机床进给驱动系统的数学模型,利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS建立动力学模型、C++编写数控进给指令、MATLAB/Simulink建立数控机床进给驱动系统Simulink仿真模型,结合三者实现机床的机电联合仿真。仿真分析结果表明:该仿真平台能用来分析进给驱动伺服系统的动态特性,为物理样机进给系统的设计与调试提供可靠的参考依据。
根據機械多剛體動力學理論建立數控機床進給驅動繫統的數學模型,利用機械繫統動力學分析軟件ADAMS建立動力學模型、C++編寫數控進給指令、MATLAB/Simulink建立數控機床進給驅動繫統Simulink倣真模型,結閤三者實現機床的機電聯閤倣真。倣真分析結果錶明:該倣真平檯能用來分析進給驅動伺服繫統的動態特性,為物理樣機進給繫統的設計與調試提供可靠的參攷依據。

According to the mechanical theory of multi-body dynamics,the mathematical model of the feed drive system was es-tablished. The dynamic model of mechanical system was established by using dynamics analysis software ADAMS,C++ was used to write CNC feed instructions,the Simulink simulation models of the CNCmachine tool feed drive system was established by using MAT-LAB / Simulink. The three abovewere combined to achieve electromechanical co-simulation of the machine. The simulation results show that the simulation platform can be used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the feed drive servo system. It provides reliable reference for design and debugging of physical prototype feed system.
