2012要2013年,为提高短须裂腹鱼人工繁育能力,以刚涌出的清澈无致病菌和虫的地下泉水为水源,采用水流培育亲鱼、流水孵化受精卵、活体饵料培育鱼苗等关键技术,进行短须裂腹鱼规模化人工繁育技术研究。结果表明:2年共采捕“生短须裂腹鱼亲鱼403尾,在水流速度0.1~0.3 m/s、水温12~16益、pH值6.5~7.0、溶氧6 mg/L以上的流水池中培育,平均驯养成活率49.4%,获成熟亲鱼234尾次;共催产亲鱼224尾次,产卵雌鱼133尾次,总产卵量127.3万粒,平均每尾雌鱼产卵0.957万粒;获受精卵93.8万粒,平均受精率为73.7%;受精卵在水温12.5~14.0益的流水孵化槽中孵化199 h开始出膜,共孵出幼体85.5万粒,平均孵化率91.2%;共获2 cm仔鱼55.1万尾,平均出苗率58.7%;共获3.5 cm鱼苗45.2万尾,鱼苗培育成活率为82.0%。
2012要2013年,為提高短鬚裂腹魚人工繁育能力,以剛湧齣的清澈無緻病菌和蟲的地下泉水為水源,採用水流培育親魚、流水孵化受精卵、活體餌料培育魚苗等關鍵技術,進行短鬚裂腹魚規模化人工繁育技術研究。結果錶明:2年共採捕“生短鬚裂腹魚親魚403尾,在水流速度0.1~0.3 m/s、水溫12~16益、pH值6.5~7.0、溶氧6 mg/L以上的流水池中培育,平均馴養成活率49.4%,穫成熟親魚234尾次;共催產親魚224尾次,產卵雌魚133尾次,總產卵量127.3萬粒,平均每尾雌魚產卵0.957萬粒;穫受精卵93.8萬粒,平均受精率為73.7%;受精卵在水溫12.5~14.0益的流水孵化槽中孵化199 h開始齣膜,共孵齣幼體85.5萬粒,平均孵化率91.2%;共穫2 cm仔魚55.1萬尾,平均齣苗率58.7%;共穫3.5 cm魚苗45.2萬尾,魚苗培育成活率為82.0%。
2012요2013년,위제고단수렬복어인공번육능력,이강용출적청철무치병균화충적지하천수위수원,채용수류배육친어、류수부화수정란、활체이료배육어묘등관건기술,진행단수렬복어규모화인공번육기술연구。결과표명:2년공채포“생단수렬복어친어403미,재수류속도0.1~0.3 m/s、수온12~16익、pH치6.5~7.0、용양6 mg/L이상적류수지중배육,평균순양성활솔49.4%,획성숙친어234미차;공최산친어224미차,산란자어133미차,총산란량127.3만립,평균매미자어산란0.957만립;획수정란93.8만립,평균수정솔위73.7%;수정란재수온12.5~14.0익적류수부화조중부화199 h개시출막,공부출유체85.5만립,평균부화솔91.2%;공획2 cm자어55.1만미,평균출묘솔58.7%;공획3.5 cm어묘45.2만미,어묘배육성활솔위82.0%。
From 2012 to 2013,in order to improve Schizothorax wangchiachii artificial breeding ability,using no pathogens and insects of underground spring water of new outflow as source water,using flowing water culturing parent fish,using flowing water incubation fertilized egg,live bait fish cultivation,the paper studied the large scale artificial propagation of Schizothorax wangchiachii.The results showed that,the number of harvesting wild Schizothorax wangchiachii was 403,the parent fishes were cultured in the pool of flowing water whose flow rate was 0.1~0.3 m/s,the temperature was 12~16℃,the pH was 6.5~7.0,and the dissolved oxygen content was more than 6 mg/L.The domestication survival rate was 49.4%,the number of mature parent fish was 234.The number of Spning parent fish was 224.The egg laying female fishes were 133,total fish eggs were 1 273 000 particle,Laying eggs 9 570 particle per females fish.Fertilized eggs were 938 000 particle,the average fertilization rate was 73.7%.The fertilized eggs were incubated in the flowing water incubation tank.Water temperature was 12.5~14.0℃,the eggs began hatching out juvenile fish after 199 h,the number of juvenile fish was 855 000,the average hatching rate was 91.2%. 551 000 juvenile fish were got whose length were 2 cm,the average seedling emergence rate was 58.7%;452 000 young fish were got whose length were 3.5 cm;larval rearing survival rate was 82.0%.
