采用田间试验法,研究了醋液生物质营养液对富士苹果果实品质改良作用,以期为开发绿色环保型果树液体肥提供依据。试验结果表明:醋液生物质营养液对富士苹果叶片的光合特性和果实品质有直接影响,在适宜浓度时,分别比对照提高叶片的净光合速率253.97%;能明显增加富士苹果的着色指数、花青素含量、单果重、糖酸比、VC含量和可溶性固形物含量。由此可见,醋液生物质营养液作为苹果的品质改良剂具有很好的应用前景。

In order to develop a kind of environmental protective liquid fertilizer for apple,quality improvement of vinegar nutrient solution on Fuji apple were studied in field.Research result showed that there was a direct effect of vinegar nutrient solution on photosynthesis of apple.Under a proper density,hundred net photosynthesis was higher 253.97%than control respectively,color index,anthocyanidin content,individual fruit weight,ratio of sugar and acid,VC content and soluble solids content under certain density had been significant improved compared to control.Form this research,we could conclude that vinegar nutrient solution would be a good quality improvement fertilizer in apple production.
