本文介绍了小波变换理论及小波分析的特点,对小波变换应用于煤矿滚动轴承故障诊断的方法和滚动轴承故障特征频率的计算方法进行了研究。根据煤矿胶带机滚动轴承的振动特征,应用小波分解重构的方法对煤矿胶带机滚动轴承的现场故障振动信号进行分析,验证小波变换在提取滚动轴承早期故障信号特征方面的有效性。
本文介紹瞭小波變換理論及小波分析的特點,對小波變換應用于煤礦滾動軸承故障診斷的方法和滾動軸承故障特徵頻率的計算方法進行瞭研究。根據煤礦膠帶機滾動軸承的振動特徵,應用小波分解重構的方法對煤礦膠帶機滾動軸承的現場故障振動信號進行分析,驗證小波變換在提取滾動軸承早期故障信號特徵方麵的有效性。

The wavelets transform algorithm and the characteristics of the wavelets analysis were introduced in this paper,and the wavelet transform used in rol ing bearing fault diagnosis method and the calculation method of rol ing bearing fault characteristic frequency were stated. According to the rol ing bearing vibration characteristics of mine belt conveyor,the gathered field fault vibration signal of mine belt conveyor rol ing bearing was analyzed by using the method of wavelet decomposition reconstruction,and the effectiveness of use wavelet transform to extract the early fault signal of rol ing bearings be improved.
