本文以第十一届全运会男子跳远前五名的倒二步及起跳阶段技术特征为研究对象，研究发现我国新一代优秀跳远运动员技术特点符合该项目技术特征和发展趋势，但存在绝对速度慢、倒二步节奏变化大、快速起跳能力不足等问题，希望通过该研究能使教练员明确训练重点，指导运动员科学训练。
本文以第十一屆全運會男子跳遠前五名的倒二步及起跳階段技術特徵為研究對象，研究髮現我國新一代優秀跳遠運動員技術特點符閤該項目技術特徵和髮展趨勢，但存在絕對速度慢、倒二步節奏變化大、快速起跳能力不足等問題，希望通過該研究能使教練員明確訓練重點，指導運動員科學訓練。
본문이제십일계전운회남자도원전오명적도이보급기도계단기술특정위연구대상，연구발현아국신일대우수도원운동원기술특점부합해항목기술특정화발전추세，단존재절대속도만、도이보절주변화대、쾌속기도능력불족등문제，희망통과해연구능사교련원명학훈련중점，지도운동원과학훈련。
This research takes the top five men's technical characteristic of last but one steps and take-off stage in 11th National Games as the research object.And then find that the technical characteristic of a new generation of excellent long jump athletes in our country corresponds to the technical characteristics and development trend,But it has some drawbacks,such as slow absolute speed, change of pace in last but one steps and lacking the ability to quickly jump.Hope that through this study can make the coaches find a clear training focus and guide the athletes scientific training.
