为研究阿维菌素对斑点叉尾鮰的急性毒性作用，采用生物毒性方法，记录96h内斑点叉尾鮰的死亡情况和观察其毒性反应。结果表明，阿维菌素对斑点叉尾鮰96h半数致死浓度为9.869×10-3mg/L，95%可信区间范围为9.629~10.103×10-3mg/L，安全浓度为2.754×10-3mg/L。本研究结果说明，阿维菌素对斑点叉尾鮰为剧毒药物，在其养殖生产中需谨慎使用。
위연구아유균소대반점차미회적급성독성작용，채용생물독성방법，기록96h내반점차미회적사망정황화관찰기독성반응。결과표명，아유균소대반점차미회96h반수치사농도위9.869×10-3mg/L，95%가신구간범위위9.629~10.103×10-3mg/L，안전농도위2.754×10-3mg/L。본연구결과설명，아유균소대반점차미회위극독약물，재기양식생산중수근신사용。
The main aim of this study was to demonstrate the actue toxic effects of avermection for Ietal-urus punetaus. In this study, we analysised the death rate and toxicity reaction by biological toxicity test within 96 hours. The results showed that the median lethal concentration of avermectin on Ietalurus pune-taus within 96h was 9.869×10-3mg/L,95% confidence interval range was 9.629~10.103×10-3mg/L,the safe concentration was 2.754 × 10-3mg/L. These results indicate that avermectin is highly toxic drugs on Ietalurus punetaus. It should be used with caution in Ietalurus punetaus farming.
