采用甲醇作为溶剂,对待测样品进行超声萃取,选择Rxi-624sil MS气相色谱柱,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对丙烯酰胺、N-甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺五种酰胺类化合物进行检测。在优化的分析条件下,五种酰胺类化合物在15 min内能达到很好的分离效果。所有目标化合物在0.01~10 mg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.9995,检出限达到0.01 mg/L,相对标准偏差约2.5%,加标回收率为80%~105%。本方法简便快捷、准确可靠,满足REACH法规对酰胺类有害物质检测的要求。

Five kinds of amide compounds, such as acrylamide, N-methyl acetamide, N,N-dimethyl for-mamide, formamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide in leather were detected by gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry (GC-MS) using methanol as an extracting solvent with ultrasonic assistance and selecting chro-matographic column of Sil Rxi-624 MS. Under optimized conditions, very good chromatographic peaks and separation effect were reached within 15 minutes. All the target compounds are in accordance with a suit-able linear relation to their concentration range of 0.01-10 mg/L, and each correlation coefficient of them is greater than 0.9995. The detection limit is 0.01 mg/L, the relative standard deviations is below 2.5%, and the recovery of spiked sample is 80%-105%. The results show that this method is accurate and reli-able, and it is satisfying for detection requirements of the REACH regulation.
