目的探讨全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的效果.方法将我院神经外科2010年1月至2012年12月间收治的96例重症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予全面护理干预,比较两组患者的肺部感染发生情况、住院天数及治疗效果.结果观察组患者的肺部感染发生率及住院天数均显著低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者治疗后好转率为93.7％,显著高于对照组患者的79.2％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论通过对神经外科重症患者实施全面护理,不仅能够有效预防肺部感染的发生,还能够缩短住院时间,提高效果,降低死亡率.
목적 탐토전면호리대예방신경외과중증환자폐부감염적효과.방법 장아원신경외과2010년1월지2012년12월간수치적96례중증환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조각48례,대조조환자급여상규호리,관찰조환자재상규호리기출상급여전면호리간예,비교량조환자적폐부감염발생정황、주원천수급치료효과.결과 관찰조환자적폐부감염발생솔급주원천수균현저저우대조조환자,조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).관찰조환자치료후호전솔위93.7％,현저고우대조조환자적79.2％,조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 통과대신경외과중증환자실시전면호리,불부능구유효예방폐부감염적발생,환능구축단주원시간,제고효과,강저사망솔.
Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing on the prevention of lung infection in severe neurosurgical patients.Methods 96 severe patients who had been treated during the period of January 2010 to December 2012 in the department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,48 for each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing in addition to conventional nursing care.Rate of lung infection,length of hospital stay,and efficacy of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of lung infection was significantly lower and length of hospital stay was shorter in the study group than in the control group,with significant differences (P＜0.05).After treatment,the rate of symptom and sign improvement was significantly higher in the study group (93.7％) than in the control group (79.2％),with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing for severe neurosurgical patients not only prevents lung infection effectively,but also shortens length of hospital stay,improves efficacy,and reduces mortality.
