辅助传动装置是磨机、混合机、回转窑等大型回转设备的辅助装置，用于大型回转设备的检修、更换衬板及长时间停机后松动物料使用。在设计辅助传动装置时，既要满足设备使用扭矩的需求，又要考虑装置的利用率比较低，对电机、减速机、联轴器及齿式离合器进行合理选型与设计，避免能力过剩产生的浪费。本文对辅助接手强度进行校核，以达到降本增效目的。

The auxiliary transmission is auxiliary device of mills , mixers , rotary kiln and other large equipment . It is used when overhaul and lining replacement and loosing material of large rotary equipment after long downtime . In the design of the auxiliary transmission , it does not only meets the requirements of torque for equipment opera -tion , but also considers the relatively low utilization of the device in order to rationally select and design the motor , reducer , coupling and clutch avoiding waste by excessive capacity . It examined the strength of the auxiliary clutch teeth to achieve the purposes of cost reduction and efficiency promotion .
