Based on the issues during the w hole process of girth gear milling , the thesis analyzed the possi-ble reasons of deformation and discussed the key holding points according to the practical experiences . With the scientific researching , the issues of deformation during the girth gear milling have been solved , the efficiency has been increased , the cost has been decreased as well . The thesis has been qualified in-struction for the actual process of girth gear milling .
