结合胜坨油田防砂管柱的结构特点,运用统计工具和质量管理方法,成功建立了小修设备实施防砂管柱打捞施工的质量管理体系。该质量管理体系运用了FMEA方法对施工质量失效模式进行分析和风险评估,建立了施工复杂化超前预防措施的质量管理模式。防砂管柱打捞施工质量管理体系的成功建立与实施,灵活运用PDCA循环,实现了防砂管柱的打捞设计优化、过程优化、质量改进,提高了质量管理水平,降低了作业成本。

Combined with the structure characteristics of sand control pipe string in Shengtuo oilfields,the quality management system of enforcing the salvage of sand control pipe string for small-repaired equipment has been established by means of statistic tools and quality management methods.This quality management system analyzes the failure model of construction quality and makes risk evaluation on it by the use of FMEA method,and thus build up the quality management mode about the advanced preventive measures of construction complexity.Therefore,the successful establishment and enforcement of quality management system about salvaging sand control pipe strings flexibly uses the circulation of PDCA,realizes the optimization of salvage design for sand control pipe strings,the optimization of process and the improvement of quality,and thus raises the level of quality management and reduces the operation cost.
