现阶段高校体育伤害事故民事纠纷需要多元化的解决途径,虽然仲裁与民事诉讼均属于民事纠纷的解决方式,但他们之间却有着某些联系与差异。可仲裁性标准是衡量各种纠纷是否可以提交仲裁的条件,依据此标准对高校体育民事纠纷进行分析,可以确定此类纠纷具有可仲裁性。因此可以将仲裁作为解决高校体育伤害事故民事纠纷的途径。
