By comparing the advantages between loose tooling forging with the free forging on forging square-head bolt , it is introduced that by utilizing membranes to produce forging can achieve forging blank to decrease weight and reduce the processing time . Reasonable design of forging die structure , mem-brane structure and the continuous improvement is the key to this process .
