为评价太极拳锻炼对人体有氧能力的影响和太极拳训练处方的制定提供依据.以MEDLINE、PUBMED和中国学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库为文献主要来源,搜集1990~2011年间公开发表的太极拳锻炼对人体有氧能力影响的相关文献,根据纳入标准和排除标准选择合适的文献,并对其进行质量评估和相关数据提取.对所选文献进行Meta分析后发现,太极拳锻炼后,最大摄氧量加权均数差为1.25 mL/kg/min,95%可信区间为0.77~1.73 mL/kg/min,平均最大摄氧量增加了6.12%.结果表明:太极拳锻炼是有效改善人体有氧能力的干预手段;为期6个月的训练时间较12个月或3~4个月的训练时间更能有效改善人体有氧能力.

To assess the impact of shadowboxing exercise on aerobic capacity in hope to provide basis for prescription making of shadowboxing exercise,some relevant research literature about the impact of shadowboxing exercise on aerobic capacity were searched,which are publicly published from 1990 to 2011 in some databases,such as Access MEDICINE,PUBMed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,and China Biology Medicine disc,which were used as the main literature sources.According to the selecting criteria and excluding criteria,some feasible literatures were chosen and their quality and relevant data were assessed and collected.After the meta analysis of the ten literatures,it was found that after shadowboxing exercise,weighted mean difference of VO2 max is 1.25 mL/kg/min,95% confidence interval 0.77-1.73 mL/kg/min,with an increase of 6.12%,comparing with the average values.It is concluded that shadowboxing exercise is an effective way of improving aerobic capacity and 6-month training is more effective than 12-month or 3 or 4-month training.
