本文分析了不同饲料对斜带石斑鱼消化酶活性的影响。将1 500尾斜带石斑鱼随机分成3组,每组2个重复,分别用3种不同饲料投喂50 d,从每个平行组中随机抽取5尾鱼测体内消化酶活性。结果表明,不同饲料种类、成分均对斜带石斑鱼体内消化酶活性有明显影响,在本试验中,投喂2号饲料的斜带石斑鱼淀粉酶活性最高,3号饲料整体蛋白酶活性最高,脂肪主要在肠道消化,3种饲料脂肪酶活性在肠道中差异不显著。

본문분석료불동사료대사대석반어소화매활성적영향。장1 500미사대석반어수궤분성3조,매조2개중복,분별용3충불동사료투위50 d,종매개평행조중수궤추취5미어측체내소화매활성。결과표명,불동사료충류、성분균대사대석반어체내소화매활성유명현영향,재본시험중,투위2호사료적사대석반어정분매활성최고,3호사료정체단백매활성최고,지방주요재장도소화,3충사료지방매활성재장도중차이불현저。
Effect of different feeds on activity of digestive enzymes in Epinephelus coioides was examined in this article.1500 Epinephelus coioides were randomly divided into three groups that two were replicated in each group,and were fed with three different feeds for 50 days,and then five Epinephelus coioides were randomly selected from each control to detect digestive enzyme activity.The results showed that different types and ingredients of feeds had significant effect on the digestive enzymes activity of Epinephelus coioides.In this experiment,No.2 feed had the highest amylase activity,No.3 feed had the highest overall protease activity,and fat was digested mainly in the intestine,three lipase activities in the intestine were not different obviously.
