A LC-MS/MS method was developed for determination of forchlorfenuron in cucumber. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by Carb/NH2 column, and then determined using multi-reactions monitoring (MRM) technology. The results showed that the linearities of regression equations were good in the range of 0.001-0.100 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The limit of quantification was 0.002 mg/kg. The average recoveries of forchlorfenuron were 95.0%-111.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.99%-4.78%.
