采用高效液相色谱法对莠去津在沈阳市和新民市土壤中的消解动态进行了研究。结果表明:在添加浓度为0.05~0.5 mg/kg时,莠去津在土壤中的回收率为87.35%~120.12%,相对标准偏差为3.32%~7.03%,满足农药残留分析要求。莠去津在沈阳市和新民市土壤中的消解动态均符合一级降解动力学方程。莠去津在沈阳市土壤中的半衰期为15.61~16.27 d,在新民市土壤中的半衰期为14.65~15.34 d,两者消解速率相近。莠去津在土壤中的最终残留量为未检出,说明该农药为低残留、易消解农药。建议田间使用38%莠去津悬浮剂防治玉米田杂草时,有效成分用量不高于3377 g/hm2,于玉米播后苗前施药1次。

A HPLC method was established for determining the residue and the degradation of atrazine in Shenyang and Xinmin. The results showed that the fortified recoveries of atrazine were 87.35%-120.12%at the spiking levels of 0.05-0.5 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations of 3.32%-7.03%. The method met the requirements of residue analysis. The degradation of atrazine in soil conformed to the first-order kinetic equation, and the half-lives of atrazine were 15.61-16.27 d and 14.65-15.34 d in Shenyang and Xinmin, respectively. The rates of degradation in soil in Shenyang and Xinmin were similar. The final residues of atrazine in soil were not detected. Atrazine 38%SC could be used to control weed in corn field with the maximum active ingredient dosages of 3 377 g/hm2.
