采用高效液相色谱法,以Chiralpak AD-H手性柱,对喹禾糠酯原药中4个手性异构体进行分离,并对其有效体(R,R)和(R,S)体进行定量分析。结果表明:该方法可以使喹禾糠酯中的4个手性异构体达到基线分离,分析方法线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.14%,回收率在98.37%~101.79%之间。

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of quizalofop-P-tefuryl and its enantiomers by HPLC with Chiralpak AD-H column was described. The results showed that the four enantiomers were well separated. The linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 9, the coefficient of variation was 0.14%, and the recoveries were between 98.37%and 101.79%.
