采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,经C18色谱柱分离,在230 nm下同时定量测定30%醚菌·啶酰菌悬浮剂各有效成分含量。结果表明:醚菌酯和啶酰菌胺的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998,标准偏差分别为0.070、0.095,变异系数分别为0.70%、0.47%,平均回收率分别为99.65%、99.52%。此分析方法分析快速,结果可信度高,适用于农药制剂产品中啶酰菌胺和醚菌酯有效成分的质量分析。

A method was established for determination of kresoxim-methyl and boscalid in 30%SC by HPLC using C18 column with DAD detector at 230 nm, methanol and water (volume ratio of 70︰30) as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of kresoxim-methyl and boscalid were 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, the standard deviations were 0.070 and 0.095, the variation coefficients were 0.70% and 0.47%, and the average recoveries were 99.65% and 99.52%, respectively.
