目的：探讨肺功能检查在评估外科手术患者中的应用。方法：对100例外科手术的患者根据肺功能情况分为A、B两组。A组肺功能基本正常，B组肺功能轻-中度异常。观察对比两组患者术前、术后肺功能变化情况。结果：通过分别对两组患者术前术后肺功能结果对比发现：B组患者的肺功能检查相关指标均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05），而A组肺功能结果较术前无明显变化。结论：外科手术前准确及时地评估患者的肺功能，对减少术后并发症，保证麻醉的安全性，提高手术成功率有重要的作用和价值。
목적：탐토폐공능검사재평고외과수술환자중적응용。방법：대100예외과수술적환자근거폐공능정황분위A、B량조。A조폐공능기본정상，B조폐공능경-중도이상。관찰대비량조환자술전、술후폐공능변화정황。결과：통과분별대량조환자술전술후폐공능결과대비발현：B조환자적폐공능검사상관지표균저우술전，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05），이A조폐공능결과교술전무명현변화。결론：외과수술전준학급시지평고환자적폐공능，대감소술후병발증，보증마취적안전성，제고수술성공솔유중요적작용화개치。
Objective Discuss the application of pulmonary function test in surgical patients. Method According to the situation of pul-monary function test,100 cases of surgical patients were divided into two groups( A group and B group). The results of pulmonary function test of group A patients was normal. The patients of group B had their pulmonary function test mild-to-moderate impaired. Compare the difference of pulmonary function test results of each group by before and after the surgical operations. Results Through the comparison of preoperative and postoperative pulmonary function test by two groups separately,we found that,the result of group A had no significant difference,while the difference of group B had statistically significance. Conclusion Accurately pulmonary function test before surgical op-eration has important role and value in reduce the complication syndrome,ensure the safety of anesthesia and improve the success rate of surgical operation.
