目的：探讨医用透明质酸钠在减少高危人工流产术后并发症的临床价值。方法：将240例高危人工流产患者随机分成两组各120例，观察组术后立即宫腔内注射医用透明质酸钠凝胶，对照组不使用，两组术后均服用相同抗生素、益母草胶囊1周，观察术后恢复情况、术后月经变化情况和宫腔粘连发生情况。结果：观察组术后的阴道流血时间，月经复潮时间均较对照组的短；观察组患者月经减少或闭经发生率明显低于对照组；观察组宫颈或宫腔粘连发生率显著低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：高危人流术后宫腔内注射医用透明质酸钠凝胶可以缩短阴道流血时间和月经复潮时间，可以明显降低术后月经量减少或闭经的发生率，在预防宫腔粘连的发生方面效果明显。
목적：탐토의용투명질산납재감소고위인공유산술후병발증적림상개치。방법：장240례고위인공유산환자수궤분성량조각120례，관찰조술후립즉궁강내주사의용투명질산납응효，대조조불사용，량조술후균복용상동항생소、익모초효낭1주，관찰술후회복정황、술후월경변화정황화궁강점련발생정황。결과：관찰조술후적음도류혈시간，월경복조시간균교대조조적단；관찰조환자월경감소혹폐경발생솔명현저우대조조；관찰조궁경혹궁강점련발생솔현저저우대조조。차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：고위인류술후궁강내주사의용투명질산납응효가이축단음도류혈시간화월경복조시간，가이명현강저술후월경량감소혹폐경적발생솔，재예방궁강점련적발생방면효과명현。
Objective To investigate the effects of medical sodium hyaluronate gel in High Risk Artificial Abortion. Method A random-ized comparative study was conducted of 240 high risk women requesting artificial abortion. They were divided into two groups. Study group intrauterine injection of medical sodium hyaluronate gel after surgery,Postoperative control without the use of,the second group were taken the same antibiotics,motherwort capsule at 1st week. To observe the recovery,Menstrual changes in postoperative and if there were any caused by intrauterine adhesions. Results The time of study group was shorter than the control group about vaginal bleeding and interval of next menstruation . The incidence of operation complications in study group was lower than that in control group . The differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Medical sodium hyaluronate gel can reduce the complications of high-risk abortion,which is a effective preventive method.
