目的：探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合卡托普利治疗肥胖伴高血压的临床疗效。方法：将中医辨证属痰浊内阻型110例肥胖伴高血压患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组55例服用口服卡托普利（12.5 mg/次，2次/d）；治疗组55例在口服卡托普利同时服用半夏白术天麻汤，治疗4周观察两组病例的疗效。结果：治疗组血压与对照组比较均有明显降低，且症状改善显著（P<0.05）。结论：半夏白术天麻汤联合卡托普利对肥胖伴高血压中医辨证属痰浊内阻患者疗效显著，且能明显改善眩晕等临床症状。
목적：탐토반하백술천마탕연합잡탁보리치료비반반고혈압적림상료효。방법：장중의변증속담탁내조형110례비반반고혈압환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조55례복용구복잡탁보리（12.5 mg/차，2차/d）；치료조55례재구복잡탁보리동시복용반하백술천마탕，치료4주관찰량조병례적료효。결과：치료조혈압여대조조비교균유명현강저，차증상개선현저（P<0.05）。결론：반하백술천마탕연합잡탁보리대비반반고혈압중의변증속담탁내조환자료효현저，차능명현개선현훈등림상증상。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia baizhu Tianma decotion combined with captopril in the treatment of O-besity and hypertension. Method The 110 cases of patients with obesity and hypertension who were typed with the TCM syndrome differen-tiation of phlegm resistance were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,55 cases in the control group were taken with captopril(12. 5 mg/time,2 times/day);55 cases in the treatment group were taken with captopril combimed with Banxia baizhu Tianma decotion,the effect of the two groups after 4 weeks was observed. Results The blood pressure in the treatment group was decreased signifi-cantly compared with the control group,and the symptoms was improved significantly( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Banxia baizhu Tianma de-cotion combined with captopril is obvious curative effect in patients of obesity and hypertension typed with syndrome differentiation of phlegm resistance,and can improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo significantly.
