目的：根据星形细胞瘤CT、MRI的影像学表现，对该病进行探索研究，以便更好地诊断。方法：笔者共搜集了9例星形细胞瘤的确诊病例，根据该病的CT、MRI平扫和增强以及MRS等图像表现特点，进一步分析总结。结果：笔者通过这9例病例进行总结，其中行MRI检查7例，行CT检查2例。总体归纳如下：儿童2例，成人7例；幕上病变8例，幕下病变1例；大面积水肿有6例，无水肿或轻微水肿3例；实性者7例，囊性者2例。肿瘤实性部分不均匀强化，或环形强化，囊性部分不强化，囊壁和壁结节强化。结论：从星形细胞瘤的CT、MRI影像诊断，得出该肿瘤作为颅内最常见肿瘤之一，随分化程度不同恶性度逐级递增，界限由清楚至模糊，水肿由无到越发明显，强化亦越明显。
목적：근거성형세포류CT、MRI적영상학표현，대해병진행탐색연구，이편경호지진단。방법：필자공수집료9례성형세포류적학진병례，근거해병적CT、MRI평소화증강이급MRS등도상표현특점，진일보분석총결。결과：필자통과저9례병례진행총결，기중행MRI검사7례，행CT검사2례。총체귀납여하：인동2례，성인7례；막상병변8례，막하병변1례；대면적수종유6례，무수종혹경미수종3례；실성자7례，낭성자2례。종류실성부분불균균강화，혹배형강화，낭성부분불강화，낭벽화벽결절강화。결론：종성형세포류적CT、MRI영상진단，득출해종류작위로내최상견종류지일，수분화정도불동악성도축급체증，계한유청초지모호，수종유무도월발명현，강화역월명현。
Objective According to the astrocytoma CT、MRI imaging findings,further study of the disease,in order to better diagno-sis. Method 9 cases of confirmed cases of astrocytoma were collected. According to the disease of CT、MRI scan and enhancement and im-age performance characteristics such as MRS,further analysis and summary. Results 9 cases of disease was summarized,the MRI of 7 ca-ses,the CT of 2 cases. Overall summarized as follows:Children 2 cases,7 cases of adult;supratentorial lesions in 6 cases,tentorium lesions in 3 cases;Large edema in 6 cases,no edema or mild edema in 3 cases;Real rendering in 7 cases,sac change in 2 cases. Solid tumor com-ponent uneven reinforcement,or peripheral . Cystic part not reinforce,cystic wall and wall nodule. Conclusion From astrocytoma of CT, MRI imaging diagnosis,it is concluded that change as one of the most common intracranial tumor,the tumor differentiation degree different malignant degree is increasing step by step,lion from clear to fuzzy,from no to all the more obvious edema,strengthen the more obvious.
