采用室内喷雾法测定了环氧虫啶对褐飞虱杀虫活性的温度效应。结果表明:在20℃、25℃和30℃条件下,环氧虫啶的LC50分别为0.425 mg/L、0.171 mg/L和0.022 mg/L,环氧虫啶对褐飞虱的活性随温度的升高而升高,为正温度系数农药。环氧虫啶在30℃时的毒力为20℃时的19.32倍。
採用室內噴霧法測定瞭環氧蟲啶對褐飛虱殺蟲活性的溫度效應。結果錶明:在20℃、25℃和30℃條件下,環氧蟲啶的LC50分彆為0.425 mg/L、0.171 mg/L和0.022 mg/L,環氧蟲啶對褐飛虱的活性隨溫度的升高而升高,為正溫度繫數農藥。環氧蟲啶在30℃時的毒力為20℃時的19.32倍。

The temperature effect on virulence of cycloxaprid aganist on Nilaparvata lugens was tested by spray method at 20℃, 25℃ and 30℃. The results indicated that cycloxaprid showed positive temperature effect, the activities of cycloxaprid against Nilaparvata lugens increased with the increasing of temperature. The LC50 values of cycloxapid were 0.425 mg/L, 0.171 mg/L and 0.022 mg/L at 20℃, 25℃and 30℃, respectively. The virulence of cycloxaprid at 30℃was 19.32 times as high as that at 20℃.
