目的：探究柔性管理模式在普外科结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院普外科2010年1月到2012年12月收治的100例普外科结直肠癌手术患者为研究对象，随机抽取我院柔性管理开展前后各50例普外科结直肠癌手术患者，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予柔性管理，接受柔性管理模式指导下的护理措施，比较两组结直肠癌手术患者术后平均住院时间、术后平均住院费用和患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者平均术后住院时间为（10.29±2.86）天，平均术后住院费用为（10853.73±1478.61）元，均明显低/少于对照组，差异有显著性， P＜0.05，而柔性管理组结直肠癌手术患者护理满意度（100.00％）均明显高于对照组结直肠癌手术患者的，差异有显著性， P＜0.05。结论柔性管理模式指导下的护理干预措施能够明显缩短结直肠癌手术患者术后住院时间和住院费用，提高患者护理满意度，值得在其他疾病中推广应用。
목적：탐구유성관리모식재보외과결직장암수술환자중적응용효과。방법선취아원보외과2010년1월도2012년12월수치적100례보외과결직장암수술환자위연구대상，수궤추취아원유성관리개전전후각50례보외과결직장암수술환자，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여유성관리，접수유성관리모식지도하적호리조시，비교량조결직장암수술환자술후평균주원시간、술후평균주원비용화환자호리만의도。결과관찰조환자평균술후주원시간위（10.29±2.86）천，평균술후주원비용위（10853.73±1478.61）원，균명현저/소우대조조，차이유현저성， P＜0.05，이유성관리조결직장암수술환자호리만의도（100.00％）균명현고우대조조결직장암수술환자적，차이유현저성， P＜0.05。결론유성관리모식지도하적호리간예조시능구명현축단결직장암수술환자술후주원시간화주원비용，제고환자호리만의도，치득재기타질병중추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of flexible management mode in general surgery in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 100 cases of patients with colorectal cancer surgery in Department of surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the research object.50 cases before and after the flexible management in the patients with colorectal cancer surgery were chosen randomly.For the control group, routine nursing care was given, while the flexible management was provided for the observation group, which received nursing mode under the guidance of the flexible management.Comparison was made between the two groups of patients with colorectal cancer surgery in terms of postoperative average length of hospital stay, postop-erative hospitalization expenses of nursing and patients’ satisfaction.Results Postoperative hospital stay of the observation group was (10.29±2.86) days, and the average postoperative hospitalization expense was (10853.73±1478.61 ) yuan, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of patients with colorectal cancer sur-gery in the flexible management group was (100.00%), significantly higher than that of the control group in patients, with significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Nursing intervention measures under the guidance of flexible management mode can obviously re-duce postoperative hospital stay and hospital cost for patients with colorectal cancer surgery and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in other diseases.
