介紹瞭鮮食玉米採收後的加工工藝,簡述瞭鮮嫩玉米剝皮、切耑、分級、清洗、蒸煮、冷卻、速凍等工序的工藝控製要點,併在此基礎上,對各工序加工機械的研究與應用情況進行瞭分析,為鮮食玉米速凍加工工藝和設備研究提供參攷。

The processing techniques of fresh unripe maize postproduction were introduced. This paper explores the Processes control points of the fresh unripe maize postproduction in terms of peeling, cutting ends, grading, testing, cleaning, cook- ing, cooling, freezing, and so on. On the basis of this technology, the application and research on processing machinery for various processes were analyzed, it can provide a reference for the study of frozen processing and equipment on fresh unripe maize.
