为了解安徽省部分地区鸡球虫种类及感染情况，采用群体采样法分别从肥西县、长丰县和凤台县采集鸡新鲜粪样，用饱和盐水漂浮法检查。阳性粪样采用饱和盐水漂浮和离心沉淀法进行卵囊分离。显微镜下观察卵囊进行虫种鉴定，并统计各调查点的鸡球虫感染率和感染强度等。结果表明，鸡球虫感染率为93．3％（84／90）；共检获7种球虫，即：柔嫩艾美耳球虫（Eimeriatenella）、巨型艾关耳球虫（E．maxima）、堆型艾关耳球虫（E．acervulina）、毒害艾美耳球虫（E．necatrix）、布氏艾关耳球虫（E．brunetti）、和缓艾美耳球虫（E．mitis）、早熟艾关耳球虫（E．prae-COX）。

In order to investigate infection of Avian Coccidiosis in three different areas of Anhui province, we used the method of dung floating, and cultivated oocysts with the potassium dichromate cuhivation method and analysized 90 samples in labo- ratory. The results showed there were seven species Eimeria in the chickens, E. tenella, E. maxima, E. acervulina, E. necatrix, E. brunette, E. mitis and E. praecox. About 93.3% chickens had been infected, and the infection of chicken coccidian existed widely in the investigated areas of Anhui province.
