目的：观察胃底成形术对预防食管癌及贲门癌根治术后嗳气的临床效果，探讨其临床价值。方法：选择我院食管癌及贲门癌手术患者141例，其中68例患者行胃底成形术，视为研究组（ n＝68），其余73例未行胃底成形术，视为对照组（ n＝73）；所有患者均随访＞3个月，对比分析两组患者的嗳气预防效果。结果：研究组随访3个月，术后嗳气6例，术后嗳气率为8．8％，对照组随访3个月，术后嗳气62例，术后嗳气率为84．9％；两组的术后嗳气率差异显著（ P＜0．05）。结论：胃底成形术对预防食管癌及贲门癌根治术后嗳气的临床效果显著，而且手术操作简单，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰위저성형술대예방식관암급분문암근치술후애기적림상효과，탐토기림상개치。방법：선택아원식관암급분문암수술환자141례，기중68례환자행위저성형술，시위연구조（ n＝68），기여73례미행위저성형술，시위대조조（ n＝73）；소유환자균수방＞3개월，대비분석량조환자적애기예방효과。결과：연구조수방3개월，술후애기6례，술후애기솔위8．8％，대조조수방3개월，술후애기62례，술후애기솔위84．9％；량조적술후애기솔차이현저（ P＜0．05）。결론：위저성형술대예방식관암급분문암근치술후애기적림상효과현저，이차수술조작간단，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fundoplication for preventing postoperation belc-hing of esophageal cancer and cardia cancer .Methods:141 cases of patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer operation were selected , among them 68 patients underwent fundoplication , they were regarded as study group ( n=68 ) , the other 73 cases without fundoplication , regarded as the control group ( n=73 );all patients were followed up for more than 3 months, analysis of 2 groups patients with well gas prevention effect were compared.Results:The study group were followed up for 3 months,there were 6 cases of belching after operation, postoperative belching rate was 8.8%, the control group after 3 months of follow-up, there were 62 cases of belching after operation, postoperative belching rate was 84.9%;2 groups of postoperative belc-hing rate were significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fundoplication clinical effects on prevention of radical resection of esophageal cancer and cardia cancer after belch is significant , and the operation is sim-ple, it is recommended for clinical.
