目的：：对促肝细胞生长素不良反应的病例进行归类分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：通过检索文献，对促肝细胞生长素不良反应或过敏反应病例进行分析，包括病例基本情况、不良反应发生的时间与预后、临床表现及用药关联性评价等方面。结果：促肝细胞生长素不良反应中出现低血糖反应的患者21例，占34.4%；主要发生于输液前30分钟内（30例，49.2%）；大部分经过积极处理后恢复正常，无后遗症和并发症。结论：促肝细胞生长素对受损的胰岛β细胞具有修复和促分泌作用，在用于肝病治疗时，应关注其引起的低血糖不良反应。
目的：：對促肝細胞生長素不良反應的病例進行歸類分析，為臨床閤理用藥提供參攷。方法：通過檢索文獻，對促肝細胞生長素不良反應或過敏反應病例進行分析，包括病例基本情況、不良反應髮生的時間與預後、臨床錶現及用藥關聯性評價等方麵。結果：促肝細胞生長素不良反應中齣現低血糖反應的患者21例，佔34.4%；主要髮生于輸液前30分鐘內（30例，49.2%）；大部分經過積極處理後恢複正常，無後遺癥和併髮癥。結論：促肝細胞生長素對受損的胰島β細胞具有脩複和促分泌作用，在用于肝病治療時，應關註其引起的低血糖不良反應。
목적：：대촉간세포생장소불량반응적병례진행귀류분석，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：통과검색문헌，대촉간세포생장소불량반응혹과민반응병례진행분석，포괄병례기본정황、불량반응발생적시간여예후、림상표현급용약관련성평개등방면。결과：촉간세포생장소불량반응중출현저혈당반응적환자21례，점34.4%；주요발생우수액전30분종내（30례，49.2%）；대부분경과적겁처리후회복정상，무후유증화병발증。결론：촉간세포생장소대수손적이도β세포구유수복화촉분비작용，재용우간병치료시，응관주기인기적저혈당불량반응。
Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reaction (ADR) cases induced by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors so as to provide references for rational use of drugs. Methods:Through searching the literatures, the ADRs case reports induced by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors were analyzed in respect of the basic characteristics of the patients, occurrence time and prognosis of ADRs, clinical manifestations and relevance evaluation. Results:There were 21 cases of hypoglycemic reactions induced by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors, which accounted for 34.4%of the total ADRs. Most reactions occurred within 30 minutes of infusion (30 cases, accounting for 49.2%). Most patients returned to normal after active treatment without sequelae and complication. Conclusion: The hepatocyte growth-promoting factors had the repair and secretory effect on impaired pancreatic islet cells. The hypoglycemic reactions induced by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors in treatment of hepatopathy should be paid attention to.
