目的：探讨健康教育路径在甲状腺切除术患者围手术期的临床应用效果。方法114例甲状腺切除术围手术期患者随机分为观察组（n＝57）与对照组（n＝57），对照组给予常规甲状腺手术护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育路径，对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用、疾病知识掌握情况及对护理服务满意度。结果观察组住院时间显著短于对照组（P＜0.01），住院费用显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），疾病知识掌握率及对护理服务满意率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论健康教育路径可提高甲状腺切除术围手术期患者对疾病的认识及对护理服务满意率，促进术后康复，节省医疗资源，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토건강교육로경재갑상선절제술환자위수술기적림상응용효과。방법114례갑상선절제술위수술기환자수궤분위관찰조（n＝57）여대조조（n＝57），대조조급여상규갑상선수술호리，관찰조재대조조기출상실시건강교육로경，대비량조환자주원시간、주원비용、질병지식장악정황급대호리복무만의도。결과관찰조주원시간현저단우대조조（P＜0.01），주원비용현저저우대조조（P＜0.05），질병지식장악솔급대호리복무만의솔균현저고우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론건강교육로경가제고갑상선절제술위수술기환자대질병적인식급대호리복무만의솔，촉진술후강복，절성의료자원，치득추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of health education pathway in perioperative patients with thyroidectomy. Methods 114 perioperative patients with thyroidectomy were divided into the observation group (n=57) and the control group (n=57).The control group was given routine thyroid surgery care, and the observation group was given health education pathway based on the routine treatment received by the control group.A contrastive analysis of the two groups was implemented regarding hospitalization time, cost, the knowledge of diseases and the nursing service satisfaction.Results The length of stay in hospital of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P<0.01 ) .The hospital costs of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Acquisition of disease knowledge and satisfaction degree for nursing services in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion The application of health education pathway can effectively improve the acquisition of disease knowledge and satisfaction rate of the perioperative patients with thyroidecto-my, and facilitate postoperative rehabilitation, meanwhile save medical resources, which is worthy of promotion.
