广西三江侗族自治县拥有丰富的生态资源、人文资源，少数民族众多，民族文化积淀深厚，近年来，民族文化旅游业得到了迅猛发展，但由于地处偏远、交通不便利、经济欠发达等原因，其优势还没得到充分彰显。在实地调研的基础上，从波特“钻石模型”角度出发，指出其民族文化旅游业发展中存在的问题，提出应对文化旅游资源进行科学、合理、有序的开发，挖掘其文化内涵价值，将文化旅游资源优势转变成现实的产业优势和经济优势，改善三江地区经济状况等对策。
엄서삼강동족자치현옹유봉부적생태자원、인문자원，소수민족음다，민족문화적정심후，근년래，민족문화여유업득도료신맹발전，단유우지처편원、교통불편리、경제흠발체등원인，기우세환몰득도충분창현。재실지조연적기출상，종파특“찬석모형”각도출발，지출기민족문화여유업발전중존재적문제，제출응대문화여유자원진행과학、합리、유서적개발，알굴기문화내함개치，장문화여유자원우세전변성현실적산업우세화경제우세，개선삼강지구경제상황등대책。
There are rich ecological resources, human resources, many national minority, and profound cul- tural background in Sanjiang dong autonomous county in Guangxi. In recent years, the ethnic culture tourism has been rapidly developing. Because of the remote location, the inconvenient traffic, the less de- veloped economy and other reasons, the advantages has not fully displayed. Due to the field survey, and based on the aspect of Porter's Diamond Model, this paper points out the problems existing in the devel- opment of cultural tourism resources, and proposes some suggestions .that we should exploit culture tourism resources in a scientific, reasonable and orderly way, dig out its cultural content value deeply, and transform the cultural tourism resources advantages economic conditions in sanjiang region.
