优选大黄中大黄酸的提取工艺。以乙醇浓度,料液比,提取时间为自变量,大黄酸含量为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用星点设计一响应面法优选大黄的提取工艺。最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度82.84%,料液比1:15.04,提取时间2.73h,在此最佳条件下,大黄中大黄酸含量的最大估计值为2.04mg·g^(-1)。优选得到的大黄中大黄酸提取工艺,方法简便。以此条件进行提取,可得到较高的大黄酸含量。

To optimize the extraction technology of rhein from rhubarb, the independent variables were ethanol concentration,liquidmaterial ratio and extraction time,the dependent variable was extraction rate of rhein. Linear or nonlinear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the process of extraction. The prediction was carried out through comparing the observed and predicted values. The optimum technological parameters were as follows: ethanol concentration 82.64% ,liquid-material ratio of 1:15.04 and extraction time 2.73 h. The highest extraction rate of essential oil was 2.04 mg .g-1 which was agreed with model predictions.The extraction technology was simple, reliable and highly predictive.
