延川南工区5亿方煤层气产能建设已拉开序幕,形成一套完整的排采理论和生产制度显得尤为重要;由于工区地质资料的局限性、煤岩力学特征的敏感性以及煤层气渗流机理的复杂性等原因,目前生产制度尚处于摸索阶段。从生产机理出发,通过对高煤阶煤岩力学试验模型的分析,探索流压降幅与储层保护之间的规律;在研究定量化排采的基础上,提出“五段三压法”的排采制度;同时重点探讨了储层压力、解吸压力和稳产压力等关键参数的预测方法,为延川南煤层气田的开发提供指导。

In South Yanchuan block, 500 million cubic meters of coalbed methane (CBM) production is under construction, there-fore it is particularly important to form a complete set of production theory and production system. Due to the limitation of geologic data, the sensitivity of coalbed mechanical property and the complexity of CBM percolation mechanism, the current production sys-tem is still at research stage. Starting from production mechanism, through analyzing coalbed mechanical test model of high coal rank, this paper researched the laws between flowing pressure drop and reservoir protection. The so called five sections three pres-sure method was proposed. This paper also focused on the prediction of key parameters, such as reservoir pressure, desorption pres-sure and stable pressure, thereby providing guidance for exploring CBM of South Yanchuan block.
