金融创新的不断深化为我国券商经营发展带来了机遇，也对券商的风险管理提出了更高的要求。本文对我国券商风险管理中存在的问题进行梳理，通过借鉴国外券商风险管理经验，在制度、组织和模型建设上为我国券商风险管理提出对策。

The deepening of financial innovation brings development opportunities to securities firms. Mean-while,it also puts higher requirements for securities firms to manage their risk. This paper summarizes the defects that exist in the risk management of securities firms, reviews the experiences of foreign securities firms and offers propos-als for the risk management of securities firms in terms of system,organization and model construction.
