目的：探讨131 I联合甘氨双唑钠治疗分化型甲状腺癌（ DTC）骨转移108例患者的疗效。方法以DTC伴骨转移患者108例为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组仅予131 I治疗，观察组予131 I联合甘氨双唑钠治疗，比较2组临床疗效、生存率及药物不良反应。结果按照骨痛评价标准，观察组的有效率（72.22％）显著高于对照组（53.70％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。按照血清甲状腺球蛋白（ Tg ）评价标准，观察组的有效率（81.48％）显著高于对照组（62.96％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组5年生存率（75.93％）显著高于对照组（55.56％），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4.974，P＝0.05）。2组不良反应发生率，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论131 I联合甘氨双唑钠可提高DTC伴骨转移患者临床疗效，提高生存率。

목적：탐토131 I연합감안쌍서납치료분화형갑상선암（ DTC）골전이108례환자적료효。방법이DTC반골전이환자108례위연구대상，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，대조조부여131 I치료，관찰조여131 I연합감안쌍서납치료，비교2조림상료효、생존솔급약물불량반응。결과안조골통평개표준，관찰조적유효솔（72.22％）현저고우대조조（53.70％），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。안조혈청갑상선구단백（ Tg ）평개표준，관찰조적유효솔（81.48％）현저고우대조조（62.96％），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조5년생존솔（75.93％）현저고우대조조（55.56％），차이유통계학의의（χ2＝4.974，P＝0.05）。2조불량반응발생솔，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。결론131 I연합감안쌍서납가제고DTC반골전이환자림상료효，제고생존솔。
Objective To explore the effect of the 131 I and sodium glyci-didazole on the bone metastases in the patients with differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).Methods One hundred and eight patients with bone me-tastasis from DTC were randomly divided into the observed group ( n=54) and the control group ( n=54).The patients in the control group accepted the treatment of 131 I only, and the observed group accepeted the treatment of 131 I and sodium glycididazole.The clinical effect , survival rate and ad-verse drug reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observed group (72.22%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (53.70%) according to the evaluation criteria of bone pain(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observed group (81.48%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (62.96%) according to the thyroglobulin ( P<0.05 ).The five -year survival rate in the ob-served group ( 75.93%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (55.56%) ( P<0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the side effects of the drug between the two groups ( P>0.05 ).Conclusion <br> 131 I combined with sodium glycididazole could improve clinical efficacy and survival rate of patients with bone metastasis from DTC.
