目前煤矿井下皮带运输均采用单方向输送物料运行方式,即上皮带运煤、矸,下皮带空运行,皮带利用率只有一半,效率低;SD-80、SD-150皮带速度标准为2m/s,运行速度低,输送能力小,由于皮带使用数量多,装机功率大,耗电量高,因此如何提高皮带运行效率,减少电力浪费是我们重点研究内容。
