目前煤矿井下皮带运输均采用单方向输送物料运行方式，即上皮带运煤、矸，下皮带空运行，皮带利用率只有一半，效率低；SD-80、SD-150皮带速度标准为2m/s，运行速度低，输送能力小，由于皮带使用数量多，装机功率大，耗电量高，因此如何提高皮带运行效率，减少电力浪费是我们重点研究内容。
