采用分光光度法测定了甘肃栽培的25个苜蓿品种分枝期的茎、叶中总皂苷的含量,同时,比较了白花苜蓿、低纤维苜蓿、新疆大叶、甘农3号4个常见苜蓿品种在不同生育期茎、叶中总皂苷的含量变化。结果表明:所有测定的苜蓿品种叶片总皂苷含量均高于茎;不同品种之间的总皂苷含量存在明显的差异,叶中含量最高的品种为阿尔岗金,为30.15mg/g DW,而茎中含量最高的品种为单选2,含量为17.39mg/g DW。4种苜蓿的茎和叶的总皂苷含量随着生长发育时期的延长而升高,在盛花期达到最高。盛花期的苜蓿中花的总皂苷含量明显高于叶,茎秆中含量最低。

채용분광광도법측정료감숙재배적25개목숙품충분지기적경、협중총조감적함량,동시,비교료백화목숙、저섬유목숙、신강대협、감농3호4개상견목숙품충재불동생육기경、협중총조감적함량변화。결과표명:소유측정적목숙품충협편총조감함량균고우경;불동품충지간적총조감함량존재명현적차이,협중함량최고적품충위아이강금,위30.15mg/g DW,이경중함량최고적품충위단선2,함량위17.39mg/g DW。4충목숙적경화협적총조감함량수착생장발육시기적연장이승고,재성화기체도최고。성화기적목숙중화적총조감함량명현고우협,경간중함량최저。
Totally 25 alfalfa cultivars were used to measure the saponin contents in leaf and stem.The results showed that the total saponin contents in leaf were higher than in stems of all tested cultivars and the highest content in leaf was Algonguin(30.15 mg/g) and the highest content in stem was Danxuan No.2(17.39 mg/g).The total saponin contents of 4 common cultivars in whole growth stage increased as growing stages,and the maximum value was in flowering stage,and after then decreased.
