针对海水淡化工艺中反渗透膜单元的污染问题,对TFC反渗透膜的清洗方式进行了研究,研究表明:水力清洗、酸洗和碱洗均能缓解膜污染,但膜通量增长率不超过50%,水力清洗+2%浓度的柠檬酸清洗+0.1%浓度的氢氧化钠清洗的组合清洗方式具有较好的清洗效果,清洗后的膜通量可以达到47.6 L/m2·h,总的增长率为93.49%,能够有效的缓解膜污染,为反渗透膜组件的清洗提供技术支撑。
針對海水淡化工藝中反滲透膜單元的汙染問題,對TFC反滲透膜的清洗方式進行瞭研究,研究錶明:水力清洗、痠洗和堿洗均能緩解膜汙染,但膜通量增長率不超過50%,水力清洗+2%濃度的檸檬痠清洗+0.1%濃度的氫氧化鈉清洗的組閤清洗方式具有較好的清洗效果,清洗後的膜通量可以達到47.6 L/m2·h,總的增長率為93.49%,能夠有效的緩解膜汙染,為反滲透膜組件的清洗提供技術支撐。

Aiming at the pollution problem of the reverse osmosis membrane units in desalination process, the cleaning methods of TFC reverse osmosis membrane have been studied,Results show that hydraulic cleaning,acid and caustic cleaning could alleviate membrane fouling,but the growth rate of the membrane flux did not exceed 50%,the combination cleaning way of the hydraulic cleaning+2% citric acid concentration cleaning+0.1% sodium hydroxide cleaning had the better cleaning effect,the flux after washing could be achieved at 47.6 L/m2·h,and the total growth rate was 93.49%,which can effectively alleviate the membrane fouling,and provide technical support for the reverse osmosis membrane cleaning.
