猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征是由繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）引起的一种猪接触性传染病，又称“蓝耳病”；而猪传染性胸膜肺炎是由胸膜肺炎放线杆菌引起的一种接触性传染病，他们都是猪的重要呼吸道疾病，在许多养猪国家流行，且经常混合感染，给养殖业造成重大的经济损失。本试验通过对山东某猪场送检病料进行细菌的分离纯化、PCR鉴定等实验室诊断，结果发现其为蓝耳病和传染牲胸膜肺炎混合感染。
저번식여호흡장애종합정시유번식여호흡종합정병독（PRRSV）인기적일충저접촉성전염병，우칭“람이병”；이저전염성흉막폐염시유흉막폐염방선간균인기적일충접촉성전염병，타문도시저적중요호흡도질병，재허다양저국가류행，차경상혼합감염，급양식업조성중대적경제손실。본시험통과대산동모저장송검병료진행세균적분리순화、PCR감정등실험실진단，결과발현기위람이병화전염생흉막폐염혼합감염。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome was a contagious disease caused by a swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and Porcine pleuropneumonia was a contagious disease, caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia. They were important respiratory disease of swine, were popular in many pig-raising countries and often mixed infections caused major economic losses to the aquaculture industry. This experiment through to the Shandong pig sick material for purification of bacterial, PCR identification and laboratory diagnosis, the results showed that the blue ear disease and infectious pleuropneumonia in mixed infection.
