城市道路设计目前多以满足机动车行驶需求为核心,致使人行设施服务较差。行人是交通弱者。人行过街设施更需要合理的规划,以及适宜的规划方法。以西宁34处人行过街流量及其影响要素的调查数据为例,采用多元回归得到人行过街流量的影响因素与经验公式。

More attention is paid to meet the demand of motor vehicle in the city road design, so that pedestrian facilities service level is lower. Pedestrian is weak traffic actors. Pedestrian crossing facilities need more reasonable planning and proper planning methods. In case of Xining, by survey data of 34 sections, multiple regression was used to get empirical formula for prediction of pedestrian crossing traffic volume.
