通过对D/Q滚棒炉一次淬火槽循环冷却系统的改造,将原有的水冷方式改为空气冷却方式,并对相关空冷设备电控系统进行了改造,从根本上解决了原循环冷却系统在使用和维修过程中存在的问题和缺陷,从而降低了该系统的运行、维修成本和故障率,提高了整条生产线的综合利用率。
通過對D/Q滾棒爐一次淬火槽循環冷卻繫統的改造,將原有的水冷方式改為空氣冷卻方式,併對相關空冷設備電控繫統進行瞭改造,從根本上解決瞭原循環冷卻繫統在使用和維脩過程中存在的問題和缺陷,從而降低瞭該繫統的運行、維脩成本和故障率,提高瞭整條生產線的綜閤利用率。

The primary quench tank of D/Q rolling furnace has been changed over from the original water cooling into air cooling through transformation, and the electronic control systems for relevant air-cooling equipment are also improved, which have solved fundamentally the problems and defects during operating and maintaining the original circulating system, so as to reduce the cost of operation and maintenance and fault rate, and increase the rate of multipurpose utilization of the whole production line.
