试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对河西肉牛生产性能和营养特性的影响。饲养过程分为中草药组(低剂量组、高剂量组)和对照组,分别对各个指标进行测定分析。结果发现,高剂量中草药组牛平均日增重和眼肌面积都达到了最大,分别为1.747 kg/d和140.17 cm2。高剂量组牛肉蛋白质含量达到最大值22.30%,极显著高于其他两组牛(P<0.01);而脂肪和灰分含量,高剂量组牛达到最小值,分别为1.81%和0.81%。高剂量组单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)中,亚油酸(C18∶2)n-6在高剂量组中的含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。高剂量组牛肉中总氨基酸(TAA)含量比对照组高出0.89%,必需氨基酸(EAA)含量比对照组高出0.53%。综上所述,可以看出高剂量中草药组牛具有很好的育肥效果,营养价值也有极大提高,这对于河西肉牛质量和肉牛产业效益的提高具有重要意义。

Test researched the influence of chinese herbal additive to production property and nutrition characteristic in hexi beef cattle. Breeding process was divided into chinese herbal medicine group and control group, each index were analyzed respectively. The results found that average daily gain and loin eye area of high dose group cattle had the maximum 1.747 kg/d and 140.17 cm2. Protein content of high dose group cattle was 22.30%, extremely significantly higher than the other two groups of cattle (P<0.01), whereas fat and ash were minimum 1.81%and 0.81%. MUFA content of high dose group cattle significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), C18∶2 in PUFA of high dose group cattle extremely significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). TAA content of high dose group cattle was 0.89 % higher than the control group, EAA content was 0.53 % higher than the control group. In conclusion, we found that high dose group cattle have very good fattening effect, nutritional value also have greatly improvement, which have important significance to quality and cattle industry efficiency of hexi beef cattle.
