目的：研究观察麝香保心丸联合阿司匹林对冠心病心绞痛患者体内炎性反应的应用效果。方法：选取本院收治的200例冠心病心绞痛患者，按随机数字表法均分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予阿司匹林片口服，0.15 g/次，1次/d。试验组在对照组基础上联合麝香保心丸口服，50 mg/次，3次/d。两组疗程均为60 d。观察比较两组治疗前后的IL-6、TNF-α与CRP水平的变化。结果：治疗前两组炎性指标比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后治疗组血清IL-6、TNF-α与CRP的水平较对照组均有明显降低，两组上述指标比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：麝香保心丸联合阿司匹林，能有效控制冠心病心绞痛患者体内炎性反应，缓解心绞痛症状，效果优于单用阿司匹林，值得临床广泛推广使用。
목적：연구관찰사향보심환연합아사필림대관심병심교통환자체내염성반응적응용효과。방법：선취본원수치적200례관심병심교통환자，안수궤수자표법균분위대조조화시험조。대조조급여아사필림편구복，0.15 g/차，1차/d。시험조재대조조기출상연합사향보심환구복，50 mg/차，3차/d。량조료정균위60 d。관찰비교량조치료전후적IL-6、TNF-α여CRP수평적변화。결과：치료전량조염성지표비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。치료후치료조혈청IL-6、TNF-α여CRP적수평교대조조균유명현강저，량조상술지표비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：사향보심환연합아사필림，능유효공제관심병심교통환자체내염성반응，완해심교통증상，효과우우단용아사필림，치득림상엄범추엄사용。
Objective:To study the effect of Shexiangbaoxin Pill Combined with aspirin for the inflammatory response in patients with angina pectoris.Method:200 cases in our hospital with angina were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method.Control group was given aspirin tablet,0.15 g/times,1times/d.Experimental group was given Shexiangbaoxin Pill oral,50 mg/time, 3 times/d on the basis of control group,a course of 60 d. Observed and compared IL-6,TNF-αand CRP level changes of the tho groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,inflammatory markers had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6,TNF-αand CRP levels in the experimental group decreased more than the control group,control the inflammatory response was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shexiangbaoxin Pill combined with aspirin,can effectively control the inflammatory response in patients with angina pectoris,relieve angina symptoms. It’s worthy of clinical widely used.
