本文以现代高等职业技术学院的绩效管理为研究对象，对存在的问题进行了综述与分析，将平衡计分卡在企业领域里的模式“移植”到高职院校这一特殊组织中，实现从不同的角度对高职院校管理体制改革进行探讨。发展管理，过程导向，系统评价，创新性的使用平衡记分卡，使绩效管理的价值体现在管理绩效而非考核绩效上。
本文以現代高等職業技術學院的績效管理為研究對象，對存在的問題進行瞭綜述與分析，將平衡計分卡在企業領域裏的模式“移植”到高職院校這一特殊組織中，實現從不同的角度對高職院校管理體製改革進行探討。髮展管理，過程導嚮，繫統評價，創新性的使用平衡記分卡，使績效管理的價值體現在管理績效而非攷覈績效上。
본문이현대고등직업기술학원적적효관리위연구대상，대존재적문제진행료종술여분석，장평형계분잡재기업영역리적모식“이식”도고직원교저일특수조직중，실현종불동적각도대고직원교관리체제개혁진행탐토。발전관리，과정도향，계통평개，창신성적사용평형기분잡，사적효관리적개치체현재관리적효이비고핵적효상。
Based on the performance management of Modern College of Career Technical College as the re-search object,the existing problems are summarized and analyzed systematically,mode“transplant”the Balanced Scorecard in enterprise in the field of the special organization of Vocational College,from different angles to study the reform of management system of Vocational colleges. Development of management,process oriented,system e-valuation,the innovative use of the balanced scorecard,performance management is reflected in the value of man-agement performance and non performance evaluation,this paper is study on performance system of management by objectives based on the innovation point.
