针对目前教材中节流式流量计原理存在的问题,本文详细分析了节流现象,推导了节流装置的流量测量原理,并比较了孔板流量计、文丘里流量计和转子流量计对于流量测量的异同点,以期纠正错误概念,引导学生正确理解节流原理来解决相关问题。

In an effort to explore the problem of measurement mechanism for throttling device, the formula of flow measurement was deduced on the basis of the detailed analysis of throttling phenomena. Simi- larities and differences of orifice flowmetcr, Venturi flowmeter and votameter were also compared in this study. We hope the inaccurate concepts involved in current teaching materials could be rectified so that the students could be guided to solve the correlative problems with the help of the sound understanding of flow measurement mechanism.
