我们将教学班分为三大组,分别考察流动相溶剂比例关系、流动相流速和检测波长,称为三水平;每大组划成四小组,考察各水平在实验中变化的值,称为四因素。我们用原有的实验教学资源及实验教学时数,完成了2~3倍的教学实验内容。本文探讨了高效液相色谱新教学模式-多组多变的实验条件。

When a class was separated into three large groups, the relationship of solvents ratio of mobile phases, the velocity of mobile phases and the detection wavelength were investigated by each group of them, which was called three levels. Each large group was then separated into four squads to investigate the variation of every level in an experiment, which was called four factors. After choosing the new teaching mode, 2--3 times of the teaching experimental contents were completed when the original teach ing resources and teaching hours were still used. The new teaching mode of HPLC experiment and the experimental conditions of different groups and varieties are discussed in the paper.
